Bích Đầm is the farthest island-village of Nha Trang, belonged to Hòn Tren islands. Bích Đầm, where is not exploited for tourism, is a peaceful fishing village in the middle of blue-like-pearl water area, the reason for its name.

Not only the view but also people here are simple and nice. Do not need any vehicles; you can walk along the small roads in the village to discover normal lives here. There are five items for a fisherman here: back mesh, gabion mesh, coated mesh, and some other kinds of mesh.

You can ask to go fishing with a local people here to experience a day of fishermen, hard working but extremely interesting. You might have chance to see by yourself how they catch the fish or do it yourself. How amazing it is!

After a long tired day,  you come back to the rocky alley, wandering in the sound of waves slightly touching the sand, your eyes catch the blue color of water, some of small boats silently rest after a hard day going fishing, this view ease your soul and make you feel calm.

Keep walking on this way into the woods, about five kilometers to reach the Hòn Lớn lighthouse, which is 100 years old – one of the oldest lighthouses in Vietnam. Quiet and peaceful view here is totally different from the noisy and crowded life of tourism places. To get to this place, you go to Cầu Đá port, only from this port that you can have a ticket on the boat to Bích Đầm, departed at 11:30, arriving at that island after 2 hours and coming back to Nha Trang at 6 am.

You can negotiate for a homestay with local here or have a full of fun camping trip. The local will be willing to help you with cooking seafoods you bought. A delicious and warm meal will make your trip more unforgettable and meaningful.
